Either lightly blackened and topped with a fresh ginger sauce or sauteed with fresh baby bokchoy and baby shitake mushrooms with an aromatic coconut cream sauce and basil.
Fresh Filet of Key West Yellowtail
Pan fried and topped with fresh basil sauce.
2 Kinds of Whole Fish
2 lbs. Key West Red Snapper or a 1.5 lbs Fresh Key West Hog Snapper. Either fish can be crispy fried or seared on both sides and finished off baked in the oven and topped with your choice of sauce.
Prime Cowboy Steak
Cooked with the bone in, lightly marinated in a Thai ginger garlic soy and roasted over an open fire. Served with Jasmine rice and baby bok choy sauteed with garlic.

Pan fried and topped with a light ginger sauce with shitake mushrooms.
2 Kinds of Whole Lobster
1.5 lbs Fresh Florida Lobster or a 3 lbs. Live Maine Lobster. Both are cracked down the middle and stuffed with whole shrimp and diver sea scallops, baked in the oven and topped with your choice of a Thai garlic lemon butter sauce, chili garlic saurce with fresh basil or ginger sauce.
